Hi I'm A 64 Yrs Male. I Always Had 120/80

Hi I'm a 64 yrs male. I always had 120/80 bp until last yr. In June last yr it shot upto 220/110 all of a sudden...Drs prescribed Telma 40 & Amlodopene 5mg & increased it to 10 mg..later tapered it .& eventually stopped Amlodopene in Aug..Got all tests done which were normal... Then till September was taking small dose of Telma 1/4 of 20 mg & stopped it as my BP would go down a lot... now all of a sudden it again rose to 198/100 a few days back...The Drs again prescribed Telma & water pill....The previous Drs termed it as Panic attack but the recent one claims it to b age related...am confused ....need advice what to do
