Hi, I'm a female in my late forties. I have been bleeding when I poo for the last couple of months. I have had minor piles before since having my children 25 years ago but there is no pain or swelling so don't know if it is that. I feel I need to go to the toilet often and it is always very loose. There is always a lot of bright red blood with clots and it drips too. But once I have finished it stops. I have no pain just a dull ache in my back. Any advise would be helpful please.
