Hi I'm A Migraine Suffered And Been For Years I

Hi I'm a migraine suffered and been for years i get super bad ones to where I still take my pills and have to get shots anyways I'm on those pills and just recently been diagnostic with terminal neuralgia and part of my migraine problem is coming from a bad neck i get shots in I've been doing quite a lot of reading on my pills lately I wonder if u can help me I'm sick as a dog and I have real super bad headaches all the time even taken my migraine pills and my ones for my terminal neuralgia and my throwing up
