Hi I'm Concerned That My Prescription Might Be Differing From

Hi I'm concerned that my prescription might be differing from pill to pill. I'm having different side effects each time I take it. I've had the same bottle of percocet for acute Achilles tendonitis, posterior tibial tendonitis, and plantar faciaitis since July . I absolutely only take one tab. If I just can't take the pain. Its not the first time I've ever had percocet. But this time symptoms vary from migraine to nausea and I've never ever had any trouble before. If I had to estimate I probably take 1 to three tabs every week or so. The dose is 5/325 and I'm not taking any other medication except I just finished clyndamycin for a tooth abscess. I'm so frustrated. Any suggestions. P.S. I only take it when standard motrin 800mg and 1000mg Tylenol aren't helping and no I am not taking Tylenol and the percocet together I monitor my acetaminophen dosing.
