Hi I’m facing issues with my periods I got married in January since then I have date issues with my usual cycle but regularity regularity maintained in my cycles in the month of August I did not get down in the latter part of September I got down earlier I got 3-4 spots for 3 to 4 days then I got my periods but the flow wasn’t as constant as compare to my usual cycles I have a habit of cleaning after going to the Ural last week I got to sports after doing Ural and today it happened the same I have already done Three urine tests which came out negative I am concerned please help.
