Hi, I'm Sorry About The Length Of My Explanation. I

Hi, I'm sorry about the length of my explanation.
I noticed what I think is petechiae when I was in elementary school. Asked my mom if she knew what it was, she didn't and so I never worried about it again until middle school when I noticed it was no longer just on the back of my fingers but also had spread to the back of my hands as well. I went searching online to see if I could find anything about it but I never did and gave up. Just a week ago I finally found what it's called by accident and, naturally, because google always says cancer first, I found it as a symptom of leukemia. While I don't think I have leukemia, I've recently been really tired, nauseous, random headaches and random spikes in my temperature ranging from 99.8 to 101.8 (my normal temp is 97.8) that usually goes down but never pass 99.8 after I take some Tylenol, and my, what I think is petechiae, is now just about completely up my left arm and about half way up my right arm. I have no idea what it is, and figured I'd ask a doctor before jumping to conclusions and freaking out over what might be nothing.
So if there's anything you can conclude from that...??
