Its been four years of my marriage and in these for years my wife got pregnant thrice. The first case was baby growth was not there. The second one was left ectopic pregnancy n it was treated by doing laproscopy and the third one was right ectopic n it was treated by pills. N now I'm not geeting pregnant. Could u plz suggest me what to do.
