Hi. I've Been Having Issues For Several Months With My
Hi. I've been having issues for several months with my arms. One year ago, I developed tennis elbow in my right arm. I had occupational therapy to get this under control and how to fix my workspace to correct the main and weakness. Within the last 4 months I began experiencing pain in my right rotator cuff. I received an injection and began therapy on the muscles attached to the rotator cuff. Therapy began for that and we started correcting my body posture working on strengthing and also included exercises to for my neck also since I've always had issues with it going out. Somewhere in all of this my left arm began hurting. It's mostly in the upper arm. It usually feels like it's kind of stiff and doesn't want to extend fully. I cannot hold much weight and not for more than a few seconds with either side. I was told at the beginning I had curvature of the spine but it didn't cause the tennis elbow and it was nothing that some exercise couldn't reverse. (I've had the curvature for many years.) Nothing else was said, but it's starting to concern me. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure if I should go back to my primary or to the orthopedist or what I should do. Additionally around October of last year they discovered that my blood pressure was putting me at a stroke risk. I've been on 2 medications for that and range from good high, but not to the point where I was before. I have also been under a high level of stress on a personal level as well as professionally for years. I wonder if it doesn't all tie together somehow. Thank you
