Hi, I've got severe pains that seem to have begun in my right shoulder, including the back underside, then spread to the other side and also the lower neck. My neck feels like I've been reading for hours, leaning against some rock. There's a band of pain, deep achy pain but not terrifically intense or intolerable, all across my shoulders. I have recently been building fence and a big garbage can tender, not extremely hard work, but calling for continuous nailing and sawing--the fence decorative faccia, really, in several wood media, and 50 feet long, the tender large. But this is all not too unusual--I'm always trying to do some kind of construction on this property. I'm in my seventies, fairly fit, quite healthy, normally--not much subject to aches and pains. Bursitis, perhaps? Some family history. John N Hunter, YYYY@YYYY .
