Hi I've had IBS and a sensitive gut since I was little. I'm very educated in how to assist my digestion and general well being. My biggest complaint at the moment is when I fly on a plane. No matter how much I chew, whether I eat or not, whether I'm a little stressed or totally calm and happy I get off the plane at my destination and my digestion is ruined for atleast 5 days or more. And I suffer from terrible debilitating bloating and grumbling and can't enjoy my meals. There are no precautions it just seems to be the result from flying (perhaps a lack of oxygen to the gut?) is there any research in this area or solid advise they actually works. Many thanks
