Hi, I've Had Three Positive High Risk HPV Pap Smears

Hi, I've had three positive high risk HPV Pap smears and got a colposcopy done a year ago in March. The doctor said I had LSIL. Right now, I am very dizzy even when I barely sit up. I looked at the calendar and realized I've been bleeding for three weeks. My periods are irregular but are always without fail five days tops. After the first week of bleeding it seemed like my period was going to stop. It kept going. The last two or three days leading up to today the flow has become lighter and filled about the end/to half of a tampon. It's still enough that I need to keep using tampons. There is also an odor. It's so strong that if I put the tampon in our trash can that has a lid the tampon stinks up the room & hallway near it. Last night the dizziness and nausea hit me hard. I was dry heaving and thought I would throw up. What's going on?
