Hi, I've never asked a question on this before. I am 22 years old, and healthy. I just got off the phone with a nurse in my OBGYN dr office and she was reading me the results of an vaginal ultrasound that I had done because I was having irregular periods. She said that one of my ovaries was "invisible" and everything else appeared healthy. What does this mean? Am I missing an ovary?
