Hi. I've noticed a few days ago that I had a small bump beneath my scrotum on the left side that has never been there. I left it alone and over time and got smaller and smaller until it disappeared. A few days later, a similar bump emerged on the right side of my scrotum. This one also shrunk in size like the left one did, over time. However, this time I popped the bump thinking it was a pimple of some sort because I had shaved my scrotum area a few days prior to either emergence.

Now what remains, is an open small cut that hasn't dried in over 7 hours.. I haven't the luxury to see a doctor right away but I am slightly worried as to what this may be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
