Just recently I felt like I had a bug with diarrhea. I had cramps all over my torso while this was happening, and it went away after about 2 or 3 days. 2 or 3 days after it went away, I was back on the toilet only with vomiting this time. I have the cramps I had before and the weird belches I had before as well. Could this be the flu, or should I be worried about it being something worse?
