Hi. Mid-summer last year I was diagnosed with a left branch bundle block and left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy. A pacemaker and ICD was implanted in July 2017, and my heart function was increased to 40%, as of my March 2018 echocardiogram. My energy level has improved, but I continue to experience dripping sweat with mild exertion. Is this something to be concerned about, and what might be my prognosis?
