Hi! My 2 Month Old Daughther Showed Positive For Entamoeba

Hi! My 2 month old daughther showed positive for Entamoeba coli (0-1 cyst/hpf). We also observed she has difficulty in pooping (she tends to strain a lot) and tends to be gassy. There are also times in which she refuses to nurse. She cries so much and we find it diffucult to calm her so she could nurse. What should be the treatment for this?
