Hi,

My 4 yrs old son had high fever this past one and a half week ago. Took him to see doctor and was treated for scarlatina. He was on antibiotic for 10 days/two times per day. He finished his medicines and got well. Currently, we are on vacation with him in Hawaii. This is our 3rd day into vacation and last night he had fever of 100.5. Gave him children Tylenol but his fever is still on and off. In addition, he kept spit out bubble saliva from mouth constantly. Could you please advise on what is this? I'm contacting hotel to find out where I can take him to see doctor too. Thank you so much!
