Hi,
My 7 year old son has had a white pimple-like bump on his right nipple for several months. His nipple is erect all the time since this bump appeared and it has recently become itchy. His pediatrician hasn't seemed concerned, says its a subcutaneous pimple. It looks like a boil to me. Should I be concerned and have it examined by a dermatologist? Or keep applying heating pads and wait it out?
