Hi, My Dad Had Cyst In His Upper Jaw Area

Hi,
My dad had cyst in his upper jaw area and he developed a huge pus formation in his right cheek resulting in closure of his right eye. He had to undergo surgery, the cyst and pus was removed but the reason for pus formation is unknown, on sending the pus for test the reports say Occasional gram positive cocci in pairs seen and Acid fast bacilli not seen.. What does this mean? Now the swelling has reduced but little pus formation is still there. Hope there is nothing to worry..
