Hi My daughter is 7 years old. She has always appeared to be in perfect health and is very active. She just had an EKG as a precautionary measure before being prescribed a stimulant for ADHD. The initial EKG result is abnormal indicating biventricular Hypertrophy. my understandings this is a very dangerous condition. I am taking her to have an echocardiogram but what do I need to know about an EKG picking this up and where can I read more about this?
