Hi. My Daughter Is In College. She Has Been Complaining

Hi. My daughter is in college. She has been complaining of feeling nauseated for the past 4 days; she has thrown up three of the mornings. She also is having soft, yellowish stools, and she is complaining of back pain (which may be related or may be a flare up of her back pain from a year ago that after many tests and orthopedic appointments never had a definitive cause identified - chiropractic appointments did help a bit). My question is, should I tell her to get checked out at her infirmary or can she wait to come home Friday for an afternoon appointment with her doctor? I'm just not sure how urgent this is...but she has not felt better as the week has gone on and is throwing up in the mornings. Pepto Bismol helps and may be keeping her from vomiting in class. I told her to eat the BRAT diet to give her digestive track a rest. Thanks.
