Hi, My father is diabetic and he is 70 years old. During an ultrasound doctor found that there are gallbladder stones and here is the description the radiologist given to us.
GALL BLADDER : Normal in size, contour and wall thickness. Multiple small calculi are noted in the lumen laregest measuring 6mm. No E/O pericholicystic collections are noted.
Please suggest me if my father should go for conservative or surgical process . During a discussion with the doctor he was saying we should remove gall bladder at one point.
