My grandmother just did a CT brain and she got the following report. she is 78. I would appreciate if I can get a second thought.
"A rather well defined wedge shaped cortical and subcortical hypodense lesion is seen at the right temporo-parieto-occipital region; associated with mass effect in the form of obliteration of overlying cortical sulci.... likely due to small non homorrhagic infraction with involvment as described.
Small lacuncer infracts are also seen at the right cerebellar hemisphere and the left corona radiata region.
Mild deep white matter ischemic changes are seen."
