Hi, My Husband Suffers From Insomnia. He Normally Manages About
Hi, My husband suffers from insomnia. He normally manages about 4 hours sleep a night from 6 to 10 am, but it is not rare for him not to sleep at all. He suffers from epilepsy and has come to believe that this is a symptom of his epilepsy and therefor there is nothing he can do about it. I understand how he feels, but it really effects his life and I don't want him to give up on finding a solution. Do you have any ideas of what could help him? Even if he could get those 4 hours sleep earlier in the night, instead of lying in bed sleepless for hours it would be better.
