Hi, My Mom Has Been Diagnosed With A Solitary Thyroid

Hi, My mom has been diagnosed with a solitary thyroid nodule. Microscopic examination through FNAC reveals "Smears show groups and clusters of thyroid follicular cell and Hurthle cells along with few macrophages. Background shows blood and colloid".
Diagnosis: Suggestive of adenomatous goitre with Hurthle cell metaplasia

Please suggest on the next steps. She has no symptoms.
