Hi , My Mother Is 60 Yrs Old And She

Hi , My mother is 60 yrs old and she has been experiencing dizziness, loss of balance, nausea , upset stomach for over 3 months . We were able to get her to the DR and get an IV and the nausea and upset stomach stopped but she is still dizzy and losing balance. She now has a really bad cough and horse voice and runny nose . What could be the cause of all these ?
