My problem is a bit long and am nt sure if my current symptoms are related or no

Am 20 years old and my problem started 4 years ago were I was having an occasional problem of getting lost in the middle of thinking or talking along with nausea and then followed by a headache in the temporal region and a desire to sleep (the headache will only go with sleeping )..
I went to a neurologist who sent me for an MRI and an EEG ... As he said the MRI showed a little constriction in one of the main arteries , the EEG was normal but he said that it wouldn't be normal if I had my symptoms during the reading (since I was normal back then during the EEG) and based on these he concluded me of having seizures and a type of migraine caused by the constriction ... He prescribed depakine chrono for me for 4 months ... After 1 month the symptoms reduced so much and with the start of the second month and until now I've never had the same thing.
During the last month and after the end o the 4 months I started noticing myself having tremors in my limbs when I try to make them stable ... As well as uncontrollable sudden movement of my joints before sleeping.
I went Back to my doctor and he suggested that these are some side effects and he prescribed Inderal for me .. honestly I wasn't strict on time and dosage ... The inderal reduced the tremors but ever since I started to have heart problems until today every now and then and it increases or decreases and even vanish from time to time.. irregular heart beats, sudden increase or decrease, weird rhythm, with a weird feeling when I try to feel my pulse with my Palm "when I put my finger in the 5th intercostal area I feel as if the apex of the heart is directly hitting and pushing my skin and even if I wear tight t shirt sometimes I can see some weird movement"(nt sure if this is palpitations)
am neither sure that the tremors were side effects of depakine chrono nor sure if my heart problem is related to it
