My right eyes feels like there is a grain of sand or a small stone. It's red. I have tears and it is painful. It's been like this for 3 days and on day 2 at night I started doing Ronic drops (dexametasone fosfate) it got better but the sensation is back again. Should I see the Dr instead of self medicating?
