Hi My son dropped hot tea on his face and right shoulder and we had taken him to the doctor.
The doctor gave him and antibiotic and also put kolagen on both the burns (on the face and the shoulder) however the kolagen has come out from the shoulder. the doctor gave Silverex cream to apply to all those place where the kolagen is not put. however this has worked well for some day. Today while playing the wound on the shouder opened which had got a layer and is bleeding.
what should I do. Should i put the Silverex cream over the wound again or can I put soforamicin power over it. My son is 1.5 years old.
