My son is 2 years 8 months. Weight is ~11kg.
on Friday night, he developed cough. and during the course of the day he got high fever and running nose.
His fever was 101F under the arm.
We administered Sinarest & Calpol . His fever used to reduce post medications. He used to be active and again after some time he would be exhausted and sleep (on a normal day when he is healthy he would not sleep)
his fever dramatically reduced from Monday. His temp was normal. No cough no cold. post that whenever he sleeps /lies down he pukes out all the possible food he has eaten that day. Lot of mucus with the food.
