Hi. My vagina Has been producing a dirt like substance, its brown and black spots. The texture is like as if a a toilet paper got wet and it breaks off into little pieces. I have had an assumption i had a tampon stuck in me but i couldnt find it, i dont know if thats the tampon that “dissolved” or what it could be.
