Hi,

My wife is carrying and she is in her 18th week, she had an mis carriage( spontaneous home delivery) early last year in her 23rd week due to incompetent cervix(reason unknown - but guessing by the doctor).

She has put a circlage in 16th week and we are scared little will it withstand this pregnancy. out first trimester scan was good and TIFFA is due in this week. she is taking progostrone injection once in fortnight.

pls suggest us how to go forward.
