Over the last month or so I get really body cold
It usually starts from 2 in the afternoon and can go on for 3-4 hours
I put on additional clothing and even wrap a blanket round me as well
Eventually I warm up but have never had anything like this before
I am a male aged 76 and in general good health but my right knee has given me a lot of problems for the last 3 months and am on crutches because of knee problem( severe lack of mobility)
