Recently I have been suffering from fatigue, chest pain, joint pain especially the lower back and have been very moody feeling like something is very wrong . There are two lumps in the left side of my neck above the collar bone. One is about an inch or size of a small grape, the other is firmer and the size of a garden pea. I went to an urgent care for a neck rash that has popped up a few times recently ( I was itching until it bled ) and explained some of these symptoms. He mostly dismissed them and gave me a cream for my neck. It has helped but not stopped the rash. He did a blood test and said slight anemia and hemoglobin of 10. Should I ask for a neck X-ray ?
