Hi. So I Had Sex With My Boyfriend On The

Hi. So I had sex with my boyfriend on the 23 of April and he used a condom but didn't cum. That following week I got my period but this time it was somewhat unusual. It started on the wednesday the 27th and ended around Monday. It was kind of unusual because when the first day of my period I wasn't cramping as bad as I usually do and when it came it wasn't heavy like it normally is. It was somewhat light and continued to be that way for the next couple days. Then a got kind of heavy then light again. Continuing that week my stomach started feeling weird. Not cramps but just small little pains. A little more on my left side in my lower abdominal area but also everywhere else. I've been constipated too so I was t sure if it was that or not. I took a pregnancy test last week but it came out negative. I was still feeling weird from my stomach after that so my mom made me a doctors appt.she doesn't know about what me and my boyfriend did so she thinks it's just constipation or somthing. So yesterday I went to the doctors and I told him about it and he says it sounds like bowel movement problems but has me take a urine test for pregnancy just in case. At the end he said everything seemed fine in the urine test. He had me get x ray images and was gonna call me soon. I was happy that very thing seemed fine until a couple minutes ago I went to the restroom and peed. When I wiped I had a little but of yellow discharge and a little bit of red with it. What do you think of all this? Do you think I'm pregnant ?
Please help me I don't know what's going on. Thank you
