Hi, So I've Been Trying An Alternative Method To Treating

Hi,
So I've been trying an alternative method to treating a vaginal yeast infection. This is the second one ice had in my lifetime and the first was in January 2016, now it's November 2016. The first time I went to the hospital and I was prescribed a little white pill that made it go away but this time around I've been using ACV and organic garlic. For about 3 days I've been soaking in a bath with about 2 cups of ACV, and for 2 days I've been inserting a tampon soaked in diluted ACV only leaving it for two hours at a time once or twice a day. But today I inserted a clove of peeled garlic, upon removal there was a small black circle on one side it looked as if it had been burned in that spot. I shrugged it off and continued with my ACV tampon, but when I removed the tampon it was covered in black dots, on all sides, seemed like equal spacing between the dots, probably about 15 total. How concerned should I be about this? It's never happened before. All seemed fine until the garlic. Do I need to go to the hospital immediately or just schedule a gynecologist? Help please!
