Hi Sunday Night I Got Off My Couch And Became

Hi Sunday night I got off my couch and became dizzy. Felt like I was on a boat.
Monday morning still dizzy. Took my blood pressure and it was 168 over 100, pulse 73.
At 10:30 it went to 165 over 98, 66 pulse.
By 12:30 it was 128 over 76.
What do you think? I have a doctor's appointment Friday at 10am
I am 74 and have never had blood pressure problems.
