Hi. This May Be The First Time I Am Talking

Hi. This may be the first time I am talking to anyone avout this but here it goes. The past couple of month I have had some wierd symptoms that I just pass out as me just getting older. I have been getting light headed to the pointvwere I will have to grab on to something to prevent falling down. Am always tired or sleepy. Excessive pain on the plant of my feet to the point that if I get home from work and sit for a minute it is extremely painful when I have to get back up again. A lot more migraine. The feeling that I need more air going in me ( that usually comes with the feeling that my heart is accelerating faster then usual.) and been told by one doctor at urgent care when I had an ear infection that I should have my pressure check cause it was just a little higher then normal. Should I just ignore this symptoms? Is it just me hitting my mid 30s imagination?
