Hi, Today I Accidentally Got A Bit Of Antibacterial Spray

Hi,

Today I accidentally got a bit of antibacterial spray in my eye, I washed it several times and it was red and quite puffy... I later had a rest and when I woke up was better but now I keep getting a film form across my eye looks like puss which when I blink goes to corner of eye and I can take out... Should it be ok is it just the eye trying to clean itself?

Is there anything I can do to make the better?
