Hi... Took My Daughter To Denist Yesterday Because Of Tooth

Hi... Took my daughter to denist yesterday because of tooth bothering her. They said a cavity . While there they also did cleaning of her teeth. Few hrs after visit i notice cheek/gum around bad tooth is swollen . Today the swelling is even more. What could be cause ?
