Hi, Two years back I suffered from itching at armpit and private part, it spreads rapidly with black color.so doctor preferred me some tablets and ketoconazole cream ointment.so itching reduced slowly.After one year itching again came on my back private part and face also.then I again used ketoconzole cream.then it reduced slowly.now itching again came on back private part and face.now after bathing I'm cleaning my black private part thoroughly to remove the wetness then itching decreased somewhat without ketoconzable cream. But on face it is not reducing.

Please suggest me some precaution.
