Hi about 2 mths ago I have undergo retinal detachment and change of lens on my eye.

Last week my doctor told me I need to undergo 2nd surgery again for retinal detschment. Any complication as the gasps of surgery is near and I am 62 yrs old.

During my 1st operation my eyesight did not fully recover.

Any complication between gas and silicon oil as doctor suggest during 2nd operation they might use silicon oil instead of gas.
