Hi am 30 have ovulation pain for the last 4 years after my child birth. pain last 4 to 5 days and getting menstrual pain for 2 days before and after ovulation. i did ultrasound now and few years before, both the reports shows "Small amount of free fluid adjacent to the right adnexa".

Cervix: No significant abnormalities.
Right Adnexa: 1.6 x 1.7 x 1.5 cm involuting follicle
Left Adnexa: No significant abnormalities.
Adnexal Duplex: Within normal limits.

what is the cause and what is the best way to treat this pain...please reply with your comments.
