Hi an aerosol can that was in a fire flew out and hit me on the lower leg to the left of my shin bone I had swelling and bruising around the area. four days later I had brushing at the arch of my foot it has now been 11 days and the bruising has come back around my shin and on the top of my foot round the ankle area. If I press on the impact site on my shin it is a bit sore and a little swollen
