I have been out in 100 degree weather working in construction all day. Ive been drinkjng plenty of fluids, water and gatorade. But i got overheated, and felt dizzy and nauseous. So i stopped and went home. Had a bloody stool. But im now feel a bit better. I have a headache and i feel like my blood isnt circulating right. Should i go to the ER?
