I started getting a soreness under my left arm a week ago , it feels hot and very tender to the touch, it’s now travelled to my mid upper back and side area. I’ve just started taking ibuprofen and it almost immediately relieves the pain and soreness, but when it wears off in 4 hours the pain and soreness is right back. There is no sign of a rash or anything. I have used ice to calm it but that really doesn’t help much. I’ve also had the shingle shot a few years ago
