"Nodular foci in the surgical bed consideration include lymph nudes or reccurrent tumor.
Non enlarged left cervical lymph nodes
Unremarkable left thyroid lobe parenchyma

He has a thyroidectomy for follicular carcinoma operation last July 2014
And this is the interpretation of his neck ultrasound
Right surgical bed shows nodular foci two of which contain calcifications and measure 0.6 cm each, two homogeneous isoechoic solid foci are seen superior to the calcified foci measuring 0.6 cm and 0.7cm.
Remaining left lobe measures 2.0x1.2x0.7 cm.
Small homogeneous isoechoic foci are seen in the left side of the neck measuring 0.5 cm
And 0.8 x0.4 cm
