Hi Dear Doctors One Of My Cousin Sister Is Suffring

Hi dear doctors
one of my cousin sister is suffring from kidney failure and in on dialasis twice a week since 2 years now her husband wants to donate kidney to his wife many test were performed on husband but her husbands 24 hour urine sample test showed traces of albumin,
Please suggest if her husband can donate his kidney to her wife or not.
please also guide if albumin leak (traces of albumin ) is treatable and how long will be the treatment for albumin traces in 24 hour urine
