Hi doc. I am around 6 week 4 days pregnant. Last year i had a missed abortion due to no fetal heartbeat. This tym my doctor suggested nuragest sr 400 daily afternoon since yesterday i had mild lower abdomen pain she added duphaston too. Is everything alright
