Hi doc, I have fainted 4 days ago and fell straight and hit my head on the floor.. I cannot remember what happened but my friends tolde me that when i woke up I was talking away and have refused to get treated by the ambulance personnel. So they ended up sending me home I vomitted after that fall and the next morning. After 4 days I still have pain in my head and feel dizzy after prolonged standing or walking.. I went to the hospital yesterday but the nuero didnt send me to do any ct scan or mri.. He just gave me a med for muscle relaxant and a pain killer. What should I do how long should it take before it shud actually heal and that I dont need to worry about any fracture or hemorrhage inside my head as result of that fall?
